Exchanges
If the fit is not correct, or the item you purchased is not what was expected, you can exchange your item for a different item of equal or lesser value, or for store credit.

Repairs
playercrew offers a 100% guarantee on all products and will repair or replace any items that are damaged due to our workmanship, free of charge. Damages caused from misuse, wear-and-tear, chlorine exposure or accidents can be repaired upon inspection, with typical repair prices starting at 25% of retail price. Returns
playercrew.de offers store credit or exchange if returned in a saleable (unworn and new) condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that personalized items with engraving, etching, embossing and other personalized alterations may not be returned or exchanged.
