This loose, pre-owned freeform boulder opal, in an excellent condition, is ideal for a one-of-a-kind jewellery make with a sustainable edge. Both sides of this gemstone are curved. It’s more like a peddle then a cabochon. Gem details: Type: Boulder Opal Size: 16.31mm long, 8.46mm wide, 5.58mm deep Weight: 5.83 ct Colour: dark reddish brown base colour with opal seams. The opal has green, blue orange and red play-of-colour. Clarity: Opaque Shape: Freeform with an oval shape Treatment: None Origin: Pre-owned.
